Jaime Mayr is a physical therapist who grew up on the Olympic Peninsula in NW Washington. She has always been an advocate of health and wellness. Being a physical therapist she is well versed in most sports, but personally has been involved in tennis, track, basketball and volleyball.

She graduated from High School in 2002 in the top 3%. She then went on to graduate from Seattle University in 2006, with honor, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. In 2009, at the age of 24, Jaime graduated from the University of Southern California, the number one ranked program in the US, with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Since graduating she has been working in outpatient rehab treating a variety of conditions including, but not limited to: chronic and acute sports and orthopedic injuries, postural and overuse injuries, ergonomic related issues and post-operative patients. She focuses her treatments on addressing the root cause of an impairment and educating patients on self-management and maintenance techniques to limit future problems.

In an effort to further her knowledge in Physical Therapy, Jaime has attended lectures and taken numerous continuing education courses specific to Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular systems. These courses include, but are not limited to:

In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and on the water with her friends, family, and 6 year old rescue puggle Max.
