In our working society slumped posture, additionally referred to as upper cross syndrome is very common. Upper cross syndrome is influential in improper biomechanics and can lead to long-lasting pain and other health conditions. Sitting up straight will make a big difference, but most people who suffer with poor posture need help to change their ways.
